About Dawid
Hi, I’m Dawid Bury—Founder and Chief Cheese Officer of Mr. Charcuterie Chicago. I was born in Poland (yep, that’s why my name is spelled that way) and now call Chicago home.
What started as a creative outlet and side hustle during the pandemic quickly turned into a full-blown small business. After more than a decade in corporate consulting, I swapped the 9-to-5 for a much tastier calling, crafting custom charcuterie boards for events big and small.
These days, I’m hands-on with everything at Mr. Charcuterie. From designing every board in our licensed kitchen to answering your emails and delivering orders across Chicago, I’m your guy. (Yes, it’s a one-man show... for now.)
When I’m not building cheese and meat masterpieces, you’ll probably find me exploring Chicago’s incredible food scene or sipping a well-earned, craft margarita, preferably strong.
