Mr Charcuterie is based in Illinois and provides charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and catering services for private, corporate, and special events. These terms govern the use of our website and all services we offer.

 

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to disrupt its functionality.

  • All content, including text, images, and designs, is owned by Mr Charcuterie and may not be copied or used without written permission.

 

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed within the timeframes stated on our website or agreed upon during booking.

  • Full payment or a deposit (as outlined during booking) is required to secure your order.

  • We accept [list payment methods].

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event we must cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.

 

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • Mr Charcuterie is not an allergen-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other ingredients.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions caused by failure to disclose this information.

 

6. Event Set-Up & Liability

  • For grazing tables and on-site set-ups, we require safe, clean, and accessible areas to work.

  • Once set-up is complete, all responsibility for the display, food safety, and supervision transfers to the client.

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by the consumption of our products after delivery or set-up.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Charcuterie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised.
