Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
We are located at 324 N Leavitt. We operate at a licensed shared kitchen space. At this time, we are not a brick-and-mortar store.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the city of Chicago limits. At this time, we do not deliver to the suburbs (unless we are doing a grazing table or spend amount is over $600). You can always pick up from our shared kitchen space at 324 N Leavitt.
Do you create custom-themed boards
for events?
While we love being part of your special moments, we typically adhere to our signature board style, which you can find on our website and Instagram. We don’t offer themed or fully customized boards, but we’re always happy to discuss small adjustments.
What size parties are you able to accommodate?
The limit does not exist! Reach out to us so we can help craft your bespoke charcuterie experience!
At what times do we deliver?
We will always guarantee your board is delivered by the start of your event. We will group orders, so the order may arrive earlier in the day. We recommend keeping your charcuterie board until about 30-45 minutes prior to your event starting.
Do you sell charcuterie or cheeses individually?
At this time, we do not. We build charcuterie boards for corporate catering and private events, but don’t individually sell products.
Do you accept same day orders?
As a very small business, we do not accept same day orders. Everything is made to order and we require a lead time of 48 hours to be able to complete all orders.
Can you accommodate any
dietary restrictions?
Yes, we sure can! We can accommodate most major dietary restrictions, including gluten, vegan, nut, and halal. Please note that accommodating more than 1 dietary restriction on a singular board may pose a cross-contamination challenge, so please be mindful.
How do I keep my board fresh for my event?
We recommend taking your charcuterie board out about 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your event. Your charcuterie board is best eaten at room temperature.
How is the serving size for your charcuterie boards determined?
Our serving sizes are based on the amount of cheese included. For light snacking, we estimate about 1–2 ounces of cheese per person. If you're planning to serve your board as a heartier meal, we recommend sizing up to ensure there's enough to go around!
